最後のレッスン
どのフィットネスクラブもそうですが１０月からレッスンのスケジュールが変わります。
毎週木曜日楽しみにしていたイントラの契約が今月いっぱいで切られてしまうので昨日は最後のレッスンになってしまいました(T_T)
普段は彼女の２本目のストリートダンスしかでていなかったのですが夕食を冷凍牛丼ですませ１本目のエアロ（ローインパクト）からでました。
彼女が来年度から復帰できるかどうかわかりませんがFC側には期待を込めてアンケートを出しましたm(_ _)mがどうなるかはわかりません。
最後のレッスンといえばボディパンプもライセンスの関係で昨日が最終になりました。来週からはサウンドオブマッスルというレッスンに変わります。
すでに２本レッスンを受けていたのですががんばって６０分バーベルを担いだので今日はしんどいです(^^;)
